Diamond Drilling Update at Cangallo
Diamond drilling extends copper mineralisation in stockwork veins to depths beyond 800m, confirming the large-scale nature of the porphyry system.
Mineralised porphyry indicators including hypogene copper (chalcopyrite and bornite) within stockwork veins is strong evidence of a mineralised porphyry centre nearby.
Broad, +300m zone of copper oxide mineralisation intersected from surface, includes evidence of supergene enrichment with potential for significantly higher copper grades near surface.
Diamond drilling to be completed in coming weeks with final assays expected by end of December.
Stage 3 RC drilling expected to commence shortly and will test the extent of the porphyry system to the south, where surface geological and geochemical data indicates the centre of the porphyry system is most likely to occur.
